Malaria Consortium is recruiting for an Executive & Governance Support Officer to join our team in London, UK.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to provide high-level executive support to our Chief Executive and Board of Trustees' sub-committees. Working closely with our Senior Executive Assistant, you will deliver secretariat activities for our Trustees ensuring high standards of governance, smooth coordination and accurate documentation. You will also organise and support meetings of the Senior and Regional Management Teams, as well as key stakeholder engagements led by the Chief Executive. In addition, you will provide dedicated PA support to the Chief Executive and play an important role in supporting the organisation with grant management from a key donor. This is a varied and exciting opportunity to be at the heart of an organisation making a real difference in global health.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, could include business, international development, or equivalent experience
  • INGO experience
  • Previous experience supporting a senior management role
  • Previous experience delivering governance activities
  • Experience and understanding of working in a diverse setting including across cultures especially Asia and Africa

To apply for this position you will need to have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract. Malaria Consortium are not in a position to sponsor a visa application. 

We are currently hybrid working and ask staff to come into the office at least four times a month.
