The Vacancy
Malaria Consortium are looking to recruit a Country Director based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The Country Director will provide overall strategic, programmatic, financial, administrative and management leadership to ensure the continued success of the Malaria Consortium Cambodia programme. The role also carries responsibility for portfolio growth, business development and fundraising, while supporting the country office towards greater financial sustainability through diversified funding streams.
The post holder will have:
• A Master’s degree in public health or related field
• Relevant experience in health sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Extensive work experience as a Country Director, programme director or team leader, preferably in South East Asia
• Experience in human resource management
• Experience in financial management and budgeting
• Demonstrable experience in successful business development in the health sector
• Experience developing and leading high performing teams
