The Vacancy
Malaria Consortium is recruiting a new Trustee with expertise in digital transformation and governance.
We are seeking a Trustee with strong experience in digital transformation, data governance, and emerging technologies to join our Board and support the strategic evolution and resilience of Malaria Consortium’s work.
The Digital Transformation Trustee will play a key role in advising the Board and senior leadership on the ethical and effective use of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, data governance, and innovation within the non-profit context. They will help shape our digital strategy, ensure robust oversight of technology-related risks and opportunities, and support the organisation in adapting to ongoing digital change.
This individual will bring insight into trends in digital innovation and governance, particularly as they relate to the charity or international development sectors. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in digital change management, responsible tech, or AI ethics.
This role would suit someone with senior-level experience in digital strategy, technology governance, or innovation leadership, ideally within a mission-driven or global health context. Previous Trustee experience is helpful but not essential.
The time commitment for this role is approximately 2 days per month. Further details can be found in the role description attached.
