Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Systems Analyst to join the team in Uganda. S/he who will support the implementation of a new ERP system globally. This role requires a highly organized and analytical individual who can collaborate across various departments, bridging gaps between finance, Procurement, People & Culture, technical and other key stakeholders. The System Analyst will work closely with the Head of System Implementation and both Country and Regional Finance Managers to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Demonstrable skills and prior experience working with Unit4 (formerly Agresso Business World) ERP system, which is a significant advantage.
  • Experience of working one or more Unit4 modules relevant to the role (e.g., Financials, HCM, Procurement, Fixed Assets, etc.).
  • Experience in Data migration from Legacy system to new ERP system.
  • Ability to run Unit4 training workshops for MC users
  • Proven experience and strong understanding of financial processes and requirements including financial reporting, analysis, ideally within the charity, NGO, or not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work with large data sets and identify trends.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
