Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Finance Analyst  to join our team in London, UK.

As part of Finance team, the Finance Analyst will provide key financial insights, analysis, and support to aid decision-making and financial performance management across the charity's global operations, including country offices in Africa and Asia. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role is responsible for contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities, as well as ensuring robust cost management and overhead recovery. The Financial Analyst will play a vital role in optimizing financial performance and supporting the charity's mission through high-quality financial analysis

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and cost management, ideally within the charity, NGO, or not-for-profit sector. 
  • Strong understanding of overhead recovery and cost control methodologies. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modelling, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work with large data sets and identify trends. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Part or fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or equivalent experience in financial analysis and management accounting.
