The Vacancy
Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Human Resources Operations Officer to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria.
The HR Operations Officer will provide administrative support to the Consultancy Management Unit of the organization. This will include supporting the Senior Human Resources Officer, Consultancy Management (SHRO) to ensuring compliance to processes and policies for administration of consultancy management in Malaria Consortium, Nigeria.
The job include support for proper documentation of requests of consultants by the projects, the proper approval process and documentation of budget for the consultancy on MC procurement platform (NAV), the collation of evidence of completion of assignment of consultants and processing of these for prompt payment after satisfactorily meeting the terms of contract by the consultants. The role will also work with the MC office documentalist to ensure proper filling of all consultancy management documents in compliance with the UK and Nigeria data protection policies.
