The Vacancy
Malaria Consortium is recruiting for an Administrative Officer to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria.
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing general administration, logistics and procurement support to the Malaria Consortium office.
The Administrative officer will be actively responsible for maintaining an effective and efficient workflow of the office through enforcing administrative and procurement processes related to the office/project. S/he will be directly responsible for the provision of administrative and logistics support in the office.
The Administrative Officer will report directly to the Project Managers and technically to the Country operations manager , the AO will work closely with the Senior procurement officers and project managers to provide project required administrative and procurement support.
Key accountabilities:
Office Management: Administration and Logistics - (40%)
Procurement Support- (30%)
Project Management Support – (15%)
Asset and Stock Management- (15%)
