Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant  to join our team in Nampula, Mozambique.

The Human Resources Assistant will provide HR administrative support to Mozambique Programme and will be based in Nampula as HR Presence. The role will provide 1st line HR Support to all Nampula based staff.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.  
  • 1-year experience in similar position (preferable in NGOs)
  • HR Administration experience.
  • Prior experience in a similar level, NGO experience will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in record keeping/Management.
