The Vacancy
Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Programme Design and Development Manager to join our team in London, UK, or at MC offices in Nigeria or Uganda (with salary in line with national scales).
As part of the Business Development team, the Programme Design and Development Manager will work closely with technical and programme teams at headquarters, regional and country level to design high quality and impactful programmes and develop competitive public health proposals to a range of institutional and non-institutional donors, as well as contributing to broader efforts to drive business development across the organisation.

We are currently hybrid working in the UK and ask staff to come into the office once a week.
The salary of the role will vary based on the location you are working in, we are not able to sponsor a visa so you must have the right to work in the country you are applying for. The salaries take into consideration the cost of living of each country, so vary dependent on location.
UK - £50,400
Uganda - $41,081
Nigeria - $13,754 plus allowances
