Malaria Consortium is recruiting Logistic Assistant for a to join our team in Nampula- Mozambique.

Job Porpose

The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that all Malaria Consortium activities in Mozambique are implemented in a safe manner, following agreed SOPs, supporting daily decision making based on risk and security awareness. The role will also assist the Procurement and Logistics Manager (PLM) with fleet, office, and travel support to ensure efficient operations for the programme. The logistic assistant is expected to support provincial authority and Malaria Consortium team in Nampula in oversee the distribution, and inventory management of all project assets including MISAU mobile devices and related accessories and ensure the safe and timely distribution of project assets to the campaign sites.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistic management

  •  Demonstrated courses in logistic management.

  •  Has held operation role in a similar organisation within the last 2 years

  •  Significant experience in risk analysis and management

  •  Valid driving Licence for Motorbike

  •  Demonstrated experience with office, vehicle and travel safety and security
