Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in N'Djamena, Chad.
L'objectif du poste
Le/la Responsable des Ressources Humaines est chargé/e de superviser la fonction des ressources humaines pour le programme au niveau pays, y compris la planification du personnel requis, le recrutement, l'orientation, la formation et le développement, la gestion de la performance, les relations avec les employés, la politique et la pratique de la sécurité des employés, il/elle assure également le coaching des managers et représente un lien entre les bureaux pays- siège afin d’ assurer une approche cohérente des standards de qualité élevés.
The Job Purpose
The Human Resources Manager, is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources function for the country programme including workforce planning, recruitment, induction, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, policy and practice as well as the safety of employees, and also provides coaching to managers and a link between the offices to ensure a consistent approach and high quality standards.

This role is conditional of Malaria Consortium securing funding for this role.
Due to the nature of this role we will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis and the role might be filled and closed before the closing date. Early applications are encouraged.
This is a fixed term contract for the period of 12 months.
